YOUR ROLE

The candidates work comprises planning, execution, surveillance, data analysis, and reporting of package/wafer level for Electrical Wafer Sorting/Final Test for Reliability supporting on prototypes of discrete power technologies under development (SiC, IGBT, GaN) and on the Bench Characterization of power device (oxides-like SiO2 thermal and deposited oxides, IMD, PMD) and T84 structures. He/She will be involved in the early evaluation of device physics of MOSFETs. He/She will contribute to the single steps of technology qualification validating the Electrical Static performances and identifying, in case of out of spec, the weaknesses helping on the resolving technology issues arised.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Master degree in physics, material science or electrical/physical engineering.
  • 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of reliability physics, semiconductor physics, electronic devices, and electrical characterization methods are required.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Skills in computer programming and numerical modeling are highly appreciated.
  • Attitude in problem solving and teamwork is also required.

The expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. ​

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
