You will lead anoperations team atWolfspeed’sstate of the art, highly automated, Mohawk Valley Wafer Fab in New York. The Production Manager oversees each aspect of the production process; trains and supports staff and provides vital information on production goals. Your leadership will set the tone for the team’s success. Finally, Safety for your team and productarea vital responsibility.

This manager will hold responsibility for a12-hourshift working from6to 6:15.

The Day-to-Day:

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees

• Maintain leadership presence by spending at least 80% of your time interacting on thefabfloor

• Monitor team and individual performance. Evaluate and improve productivity, equipmentutilizationand overall efficiency

• Support 5S activities across the entirefab

• Establish and communicate production prioritiesTrack performance and adjust priorities accordingly

• Initiate, encourage, and drive continuous improvement efforts

• Provideteamwith constructive andtimelyfeedback. Enforce company and local policies and procedures.

• Maintain positive working relationships with all levels in the organization.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• Associate degreeor higher in related field

• Manufacturing experience with1-2+ years in a leadership role,preferredmanufacturing experience as a front-line supervisor (3-5 years) or relevant military experience

• Passion to inspire and develop employees while working in a dynamic, fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
