More about this role
We are looking for a WACAM Finance Sales Controlling Contract Management Analyst to join our Sales Controlling Transformation team, supporting 13 countries across the WACAM region. This is a critical role within our finance transformation journey — you will be the key driver behind the stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement of our new commercial contract and trade agreement management platform.
This is not a traditional back-office role. You will serve as the bridge between the Commercial teams, the platform, and the Controlling area, ensuring seamless contract administration while actively promoting tool adoption and driving process excellence across the region.
Key Responsabilities
Platform Ownership & Stabilization: Lead the day-to-day administration and stabilization of the new commercial contract and trade agreement management system, ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and operational continuity across 13 countries.
Commercial Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial teams (sales representatives, key account managers) — not only providing support but proactively promoting platform usage, training users, and driving adoption across the region.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence senior stakeholders including Country Leads, Country Managers, and Key Account teams. Navigate resistance, remove blockers, and ensure alignment when stakeholders challenge or delay processes.
Bridge Role (Commercial – Tool – Control): Serve as the critical link between the commercial organization, the contract management platform, and the Finance/Controlling area, ensuring all parties are aligned on processes, timelines, and data accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or enhancement within the contract management workflow. Propose and implement improvements that drive operational excellence.
Data Analytics: Leverage data from the platform to generate insights, track adoption KPIs, identify anomalies in contract execution, and support decision-making for the Sales Controlling team.
Change Management & Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to drive platform engagement. Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing coaching to commercial users across multiple countries.
Operational Excellence: Manage high-volume, detail-oriented operational tasks with precision, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly across all markets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
English proficiency: B2 minimum (fluent verbal and written communication is essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — ability to articulate complex processes clearly to diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills — proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with experience or strong interest in data analytics and reporting
High attention to detail and ability to manage operational, high-volume tasks with accuracy
Proactive, self-starter attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment with ambiguity
Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures with sensitivity and adaptability

Experience with contract management systems, ERP platforms (SAP), or trade management tools
Exposure to process transformation or change management initiatives
Knowledge of sales controlling, trade terms, or commercial agreements
Experience working in CPG/FMCG or multinational environments
Spanish proficiency (given ACAM regional scope)
Entry-level opportunity with regional exposure across 13 countries from day one
A seat at the table in a high-visibility finance transformation program
Direct interaction with senior commercial and finance leaders across LATAM
Career development in a global Fortune 500 company with strong learning culture
