Job Title: Talent Booking Assistant

Department: Talent Booking / Live Entertainment
Provide comprehensive support to the booking team, including scheduling, contract processing, and logistics.
Maintain and update databases for artists, agencies, and event partners.
Coordinate internal and external communications and assist in deal execution.
Prepare pitch decks, reports, and post-event summaries.
Proven experience in talent booking, artist relations, live entertainment, or agency work.
Background at Live Nation, AEG, WME, CAA, UTA, ICM, or equivalent talent/production agencies strongly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the U.S. entertainment ecosystem and current market trends.
Highly organized and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
No specific degree required experience, connections, and results matter most.
