职位描述
1.能根据策划和视觉设计师(UI)提供的需求与视觉元素,快速设计出优秀的动效视觉方案。 2.负责游戏界面各个版本的完整动效设计,把控整体游戏ui动效节奏和风格。 3.对界面动效实现效果与性能有深入的了解,能提平衡两者关系保证设计解决方案 4.可以制作特效资源,胜任动效资源的制作,品质高,有创意。 5.根据项目需求,使用Unity 引擎，能够通过 材质、动画、粒子系统优化动效表现。
职位要求
1.美术动画多媒体设计相关专业出身,有一定的美术和手绘功底。 2.具备全面的特效和动效理论知识,能对现有动效方案进行改进与提升。 3.有较强的团队沟通能力,积极配合,能协助上下游完成工作。 4.有2D/3D游戏开发经验,工作经验5年以上。 5.精通After Effects,spine,unity3d引擎经验。 6.在用户体验方面有一定认识和意识。 7.有废土末日风格项目经验的优先。
