What You'll do:

- Develop and maintain a vulnerability management strategy aligned with the organization's business and security objectives.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments across systems, networks, and applications, prioritizing findings based on risk, impact, and severity.

- Validate and exploit vulnerabilities to confirm risks, including developing scripts, proof-of-concepts, or other technical mechanisms when required.

- Collaborate with internal teams to define, implement, and track remediation plans.

- Document, report, and maintain centralized records of vulnerabilities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date security metrics.

- Monitor emerging threats, security trends, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

- Create reports, dashboards, and security KPIs to support risk management and strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in Vulnerability Management or related roles.

- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.

- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms, scripting, and programming languages such as Python.

- Demonstrated ability to assess, validate, and manage security vulnerabilities and associated risks.

- Experience implementing new processes and fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.

- Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
