Job Title: VRF Manager - HVAC

The VRF Manager is responsible for the effective planning, implementation, and management of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems. This role involves overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of VRF systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The VRF Manager will collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality VRF solutions in commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
   - Plan and manage VRF HVAC projects from conception to completion.
   - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of VRF systems into building designs.

2. Design Oversight:
   - Review and approve VRF system designs to meet project specifications and local building codes.
   - Collaborate with design teams to optimize VRF configurations for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

3. Installation Supervision:
   - Oversee the installation of VRF systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
   - Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of installations and address any issues that may arise.

4. Commissioning and Testing:
   - Lead the commissioning process for VRF systems to verify proper functionality and performance.
   - Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any operational issues.

5. Client Communication:
   - Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC requirements and preferences.
   - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding VRF system options and benefits.

6. Team Collaboration:
   - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure a coordinated approach to VRF projects.
   - Provide training and support to field personnel involved in VRF system installations and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design, installation, and management of VRF HVAC systems.
- In-depth knowledge of VRF technology, refrigeration principles, and HVAC industry standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.

Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, VRF technology, or project management are advantageous.
