The Trade FSCM Program Manager at United Overseas Bank Ltd will be responsible for managing strategic programs within the Trade Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) domain, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Monitor program progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on program status, risks, and dependencies.
* Champion best practices in program management, including agile methodologies where appropriate, and continuous process improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Management to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Finance Sales and Advisory or FSCM in the banking sector.
* Strong understanding of Trade Finance products (e.g., L/Cs, Guarantees, Receivables Finance, Payables Finance) and Supply Chain Finance concepts.
* Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
