We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a SVP Wealth Solutions and Journeys.

In this role you will:

  • Work towards the wealth strategy for WPS Singapore, covering wealth product and platform capabilities across customer and Relationship Manager (RM) channels.
  • Execute growth strategies for the wealth proposition, commercialising wealth products/platforms across non-face-to-face channels (e.g., Mobile, PIB, PWS) to drive digital adoption, penetration, and RM usage.
  • Act as business lead for wealth platform and journey initiatives (including compliance/regulatory deliverables), managing platforms and delivering programmes/projects on time and within budget in partnership with Change Delivery, Transformation, IT and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Wealth Product, Frontline, IT and Transformation teams to shape the country platform roadmap, prioritise enhancements and drive delivery of agreed change.
  • Provide SME input and BAU support, including solution design and rollout, first-line platform support, MI reporting, and risk/audit/incident management across key wealth platforms.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong wealth management experience across wealth product and platforms, wealth/digital transformation, sales/client facing role, ideally within a leading private client/wealth management firm.
  • Proven delivery of complex initiatives using agile ways of working, partnering effectively with technology and change teams.
  • Demonstrable commercial track record, with disciplined execution and the ability to make sound trade-off decisions and define and measure success of the capabilities launched.
  • Effective people and stakeholder management in a matrix environment, able to influence and gain alignment across geographies with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to translate complex topics into clear messages for varied audiences.
  • Strong change mindset and continuous improvement approach, with experience building internal/external networks to enable collaboration.
