
The VP Technology Implementation & Deployment will be responsible for successful implementation and deployment of Omega’s technology solutions across large healthcare provider organizations. This position will serve as the executive leader for customer technology deployments, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Services, and Client teams to ensure customer commitments are translated into successfully deployed, production-ready solutions.
The role owns implementation governance, deployment execution, customer executive engagement, technology readiness, go-live success, and deployment scalability. While delivery is performed through globally distributed teams, accountability for successful technology deployment outcomes rests with this role. This position works closely with a peer Services Deployment Leader responsible for operational transition and managed services readiness.

Represent Omega's Product and Technology organizations throughout the implementation lifecycle

Manage implementation risks, dependencies, scope changes, and critical escalations
Platform Standardization & Deployment Excellence
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to reduce implementation complexity and improve deployment efficiency

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related technical field.
15+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, revenue cycle transformation, or enterprise software implementation.
10+ years leading large-scale customer implementations, deployment organizations, or technology transformation programs.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and healthcare technology ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise software solutions, healthcare platforms, or digital transformation technologies.
Experience deploying AI-enabled platforms, workflow automation solutions, healthcare software products, or enterprise technology platforms
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree preferred.
