Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide financial leadership and support to the Technology & Operations (T&O) – Ops divisions by delivering insightful analysis, managing budgets and forecasts, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for T&O- Ops.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Partner with T&O stakeholders to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  1. Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted advisor to T&O leadership, providing financial guidance and strategic support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy) to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Support investment decisions through business case development and ROI analysis.
  1. Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and group finance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems.
  1. Strategic Initiatives
  • Support transformation programs, including digitalization, automation, and cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects such as benchmarking, scenario modelling, and financial impact assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in banking, technology, or operations-related functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
