Job Description

Our client is a leading European investment bank. They are currently looking for an experienced Structured Finance specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for origination and execution on all structured finance transactions
• Structure financing solutions for assets acquisitions, project financing, leveraged buyouts and other capital activities
• Perform credit analysis and cash flow modelling
• Prepare pitching materials, financing or advisory proposals
• Conducted in-depth analysis on profitability of transactions
• Perform financial analysis, due diligence and take part in deal execution by liaison with external professional parties
• Perform post-investment monitoring and prepare regular project update reports.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in variety of structured finance transactions
• Strong technical skills including documentation, execution and financial modelling
• Strong knowledge of lending and derivative products
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
