Join Barclays as a VP, Structured Derivative Private Banks Sales. At Barclays, our vision is clear –to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching, pricing, and executing structured derivative solutions, including equity‑linked and cross‑asset structured notes. You will have broad exposure to products, clients, and internal stakeholders, with junior team members quickly given meaningful responsibility. You will act as a central point of contact for clients while working closely with Sales, Structuring, Trading, Legal, and control partners to deliver timely and accurate execution.
To be successful as a VP, Structured Derivative Private Banks Sales, you should have:
Pricing and execution of equity‑linked and cross‑asset structured notes
Advanced Excel skills for pricing analysis, trade support, and reporting
Termsheet generation and coordination with Sales and Legal teams
Management of secondary market transactions and lifecycle events
Coordination with middle office and operations to resolve settlement and operational issues
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Foundational knowledge of options theory and structured notes pricing
Familiarity with structured products and the competitive market landscape
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Fluency in Spanish (preferred, particularly for LatAm coverage, but not required)
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $140,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
