Are you a strategic sales leader who knows how to grow revenue, build trusted customer relationships, and lead from the front in a complex regional market? We are looking for a VP Sales - Latin America to lead our Regional Sales team, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, you will shape and lead Enea's commercial strategy across Latin America, with direct quota responsibility for strategic accounts and a strong focus on telecom and cybersecurity opportunities.
This is a senior regional leadership role based in Brazil. You will define and execute the sales strategy for Latin America, lead regional growth, and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to expand Enea's presence across the telecom and cybersecurity markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Define and execute the sales strategy for Latin America, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional market conditions.
Lead revenue growth across the region through strong sales execution, disciplined forecasting, and direct ownership of strategic accounts and quota.
Identify and prioritise new business opportunities, key customers, and market expansion initiatives to deliver sustainable long-term growth.
Build and maintain senior relationships with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders to support major deals and strategic partnerships.
Guide Sales Managers through coaching, performance feedback, deal support, and account strategy development.
Drive customer experience and satisfaction across the region in partnership with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure consistent use of sales processes and CRM tools to improve pipeline accuracy, accountability, and commercial visibility.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development within the telecom industry.
5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong record of delivering revenue growth and leading large or complex accounts.
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated expertise in regional sales strategy, executive-level negotiations, and strategic account management.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce to support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
Strong technical understanding of networking and or cybersecurity, with the ability to translate customer pain points into clear value propositions.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, and finance.
Proven success in customer experience improvement, market expansion, and long-cycle enterprise sales.
Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build high-performing teams, and inspire confidence across the organisation.
High adaptability, commercial judgement, and a results-driven mindset in changing market conditions.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region as the role requires.
