Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue & Margin Growth: Develops and executes new commercial opportunities and partnerships across national and specialty retailers, builders and distributors; identifies whitespace opportunities and lead product/channel expansion to maximize volume and profitability; leads in-store and digital growth initiatives across top retail partners such as Home Depot, Sam's Club, Walmart, Best Buy and Target; drives Kenmore brand innovation in market through new placements, bundles and go-to-market strategy refinement; optimizes pricing architecture and promotional planning to drive margin improvements and product sell-through
  • Channel & Retailer Strategy: leads strategic growth planning and program execution for key national retail and commercial accounts, including both consumer and pro contractor segments; deepens relationships with retail executives, understanding
  • partner needs and aligning strategies to mutual goals; drives national scale with existing retail partners by delivering value-added assortments, exclusive SKUs, and improved shelf or digital presence
  • Pricing & Promotion Optimization: develops and manages a holistic pricing strategy aligned to promotional effectiveness andconsumer behavior; creates channel-specific discounting and promotional strategies to optimize ROI; leverages data to inform offcycle promotions and direct-to-consumer engagement through digital and social platforms
  • Commercial Channel Development: establishes new commercial sales channels, including relationships with builders, multifamily developers and commercial distributors; expands product availability and relevance in the pro contractor segment, working closely with internal product and operations teams; leads long-term B2B strategies to scale revenue and deepen customer partnerships
  • Ecommerce & Marketplace Expansion: grows e-commerce and third-party marketplace presence with a focus on long-term infrastructure and profitability; partners with Amazon and other platforms to build category-leading assortments and operational excellence; builds strategic delivery and installation capabilities across digital channels to support complex product offerings
  • Leadership: Leads a team of sales and business development associates focused on channel growth within Brands. Manages overall strategy and expansion for all product based revenue generation. Holds personal target as well as establishing individual targets within the team in addition to providing direction, coaching and performance management of the team.
  • Corporate Development: Partners with the CEO to build external relationships, major corporate partnerships, attract potential investors, and raise capital for ongoing operations and future business investment related initiatives


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Over 10 years of related experience
  • Up to 50% travel
  • 18 years of age or older


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial development, business strategy, or channel leadership roles within consumer goods
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale business development and retail partnership strategies from concept to execution
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and external stakeholder groups
  • Financial acumen with experience in margin management, pricing architecture, and promotional ROI
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational skillset
