Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new high-net-worth clients and businesses, expanding the bank's client base.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, deepening relationships through regular engagement and personalized financial advice.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, understanding their investment goals, risk appetite, and financial objectives.
* Develop and present comprehensive financial solutions, including investment products, loans, deposits, and other banking services, tailored to client needs.
* Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice and proactively identify opportunities or risks for clients.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal product specialists, credit analysts, and other departments to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market insights.
* Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Participate in client events, networking activities, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on high-net-worth individuals or businesses.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
* Strong understanding of banking products and services, investment instruments, and financial markets.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify client needs, and develop effective financial solutions.
* Results-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) are a distinct advantage.
