In this leadership role, you will guide a team of Relationship Management professionals supporting our national Core Market segment with the Tax-Exempt Market. You'll be leading client engagement, strengthening partnerships, solving complex challenges, and helping clients achieve their long-term goals. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, growth, and the financial well-being of millions of workplace retirement plan participants.
We are seeking an experienced leader who combines strong relationship management skills with a passion for developing talent and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing institutional client relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading teams through change and growth.
You have demonstrated success in building credibility with executives, fostering collaboration across organizations, and helping teams achieve ambitious goals. You are comfortable navigating complex business discussions, balancing multiple priorities, and making thoughtful decisions that support both client and business outcomes.
Our Tax-Exempt Relationship Management team partners with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, government entities, and nonprofit employers to support workplace retirement and benefits programs. We help clients navigate evolving needs while creating positive outcomes for their employees and plan participants.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
