List the responsibilities that must be achieved and major activities that are to be carried out to achieve the key result areas: -

Financial

To oversee and ensure expenditures are within approved budget under the section for the following works:-

Renovations of new or existing premises management

Reorganization of interior office space planning management

Property Maintenance and Upkeep Management

Project Management and costing

Customer

To oversee and ensure all services rendered under the Unit are:-

Timely delivered Quality delivered with acceptable standards

Functions

To oversee and ensure compliances under Project Management for:-

Management of overall office renovation, relocation or reinstatement. Manage & organize staff working on various projects. Overseeing the costing & billing. Assist QS in preparing budget & cost estimation for projects. Supervises the repair and maintenance of buildings and mechanical equipment. Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical system though timely inspection and repair. Ensure that company premises & facilities are kept in clean & hygienic condition. Implement workplace safety policy & standard. Negotiate contracts with vendors for execution of maintenance work.

People

To oversee and monitor :-

Staff performances in meeting their obligations Staff developments through training and coaching clinics Staff discipline

Other specific projects :- To assist Facility Management Section staffs in undertaking their tasks as and when required.
