Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Financial Stewardship
1. Strategy & Financial Stewardship - Accountable for defining & executing strategic and operational plans aligned to organizational priorities.
2. Ensure delivery of ownership and accountability for all team outputs against defined KPIs.
3. Oversee budget planning & financial management, ensuring alignment with SSC/BCAPD direction and MTMP.
4. Monitor financial performance & variance management, ensuring timely corrective actions.
5. Provide leadership support to one level down
6.Actively provide support in problem solving & guidance to PMS team members.
Process Excellence & Transformation (COE)
1.Drive continuous process optimization & efficiency enhancement initiatives across OPS.
2. Implement structured workflow and queue mgt disciplines to optimize throughput rate.
3. Lead insourcing & process standardization, ensuring scalability & consistency.
4. Help transform SSC to a value-added service delivery model.
5. Oversee txn’s accuracy & timeliness within expected SLA’s TAT.
6. To propose & implement - Automation & Process redesign & engage with tech / transformation teams
7. Define & execute various process improvement, projects, initiatives, adhoc task from time to time..
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Maintain effective risk & ctrl frameworks; monitor KRIs & risk indicators with data insights. Support timely escalation, containment & recovery, promoting transparent reporting. Conduct RCA and drive sustainable remediation. Adhere to policies, regulatory & compliance standards. Execute RCSA/MSII to address ctrl gaps and validate ctrl effectiveness. Support audits & ensure timely closure of findings. Escalate ctrl breaches, reinforce governance standards. Support new processes/SLA. Monitor vendors & contractual obligation (TPRM)
Stakeholder Governance & Execution Control
1. Act as central accountability point for stakeholder coordination
2. Establish structured governance forums and execution tracking discipline
3. Resolve cross-functional dependencies and execution bottlenecks
4. Enforce accountability across stakeholders for timelines and deliverables
5. Drive escalation and decision-making to ensure delivery adherence
Technology Enablement & Change Delivery
1. Drive adoption of technology, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance operational outcomes.
2. Represent the Voice of Operations/SSC in transformation and system design forums.
3. Ensure operational requirements are embedded in solution design and implementation.
4. Contribute to SDLC / Agile delivery cycles, including requirement definition and acceptance validation.
5. Oversee UAT planning, execution readiness, and validation of solutions prior to deployment.
Performance, Capacity & People Development
1. Establish and maintain KPI and operational performance frameworks.
2. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of performance data and reporting outputs.
3. Conduct structured performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
4. Provide timely and insightful reporting to senior management and governance forums.
5. Translate performance outcomes into targeted improvement and action plans.
