Reporting Structure: This exempt position reports directly to the President and works closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
Location: Fairfax-based with 2-3 days in office and 2-3 days remote. Periodic travel may be required to customer sites, conferences, and company locations.
Security Clearance: US Citizenship and active TS required; Active SCI preferred or the ability to obtain SCI access
Certifications: Active PMP required
The VP Operations & Programs is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for driving operational excellence, quality execution, and strategic growth across the company’s portfolio of Defense and Intelligence programs. This leader oversees program delivery, operational performance, organizational leadership, corporate IT infrastructure, and corporate facilities while ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer expectations, and contractual requirements.
The role serves as a senior strategic advisor to executive leadership and is expected to influence decision-making, drive cross-functional outcomes, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government representatives.
This position requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational rigor, customer engagement, and organizational development in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
