General Summary:
Qualcomm is seeking a senior leader to drive Product Management for its portfolio in China, with end-to-end responsibility across Handset, XR, V&M, and Wearable business segments, as well as technology product management across the full platform, including AP, modem, RFFE, connectivity, and AI etc This role defines and drives product strategies for China market, ensuring strong alignment between China market dynamics and global product roadmaps, and serving as a key member of the leadership team shaping Qualcomm’s long-term growth in China.
The role leads executive-level engagement with top OEMs and strategic partners, co-defining next-generation product and technology direction, and translating market and customer insights into differentiated platform strategies. It is accountable for driving competitive positioning, influencing critical roadmap and architecture decisions, and ensuring leadership across our product portfolio. The position requires the ability to operate at scale—balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technology evolution to deliver impactful outcomes.
In addition, this role also leads a team strengthening Qualcomm’s ecosystem in China, working across business units to enable collaboration with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. This role is expected to drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and commercial organizations globally, and leads a high-impact team to deliver innovative, competitive solutions that reinforce Qualcomm’s leadership in the market.
The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders in product management, engineering, marketing, finance, sourcing and sales teams.
