Join Barclays as VP, Prime Services Transition Management, where you will guide clients through a seamless journey from mandate to full integration on the Barclays Prime platform, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience across products, markets, and entities. Operating at the intersection of client engagement and internal coordination, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for all pre-launch activity—partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Credit, KYC, Operations, and other key teams to align requirements and deliver a smooth transition. Your work will blend product translation, stakeholder coordination, and structured project execution to help clients activate trading capabilities efficiently while ensuring the platform is configured for long term success.
To be successful in your role as a VP, Prime Services Transition Management, you should have:
Experience in a client‑facing role within financial services; prior experience in Transition Management is not required but beneficial
Deep working knowledge of the Hedge Fund and Asset Manager landscape, with emphasis on clearing, settlement, and financing across products and strategies
Solid working knowledge of Cash Equities, Bonds, Repo, and Equity Synthetics
Willingness to lead improvements, enhance processes, and strengthen end‑to‑end workflows, supported by a consistent history of delivering quality outcomes
Experience managing senior relationships at institutional clients and guiding the client experience from start to finish
Other highly valued skills include:
Knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Clearing and FXPB is preferred
Series 7, 63 is helpful but not required
Thoughtful and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work comfortably and confidently in a self‑directed way while contributing within a team environment and possesses effective people‑centered communication skills
Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and excel in organizational management
Works well in a team environment and has effective high‑quality relationship‑building skills to liaise both internally and externally

Minimum Salary: $150,000,00
Maximum Salary: $225,000.00
