The Group VP, People Enterprise Delivery is responsible for establishing and leading the People function's Project Management and Enterprose Delivery Office, ensuring the successful governance, delivery, and realisation of strategic People initiatives. The role provides oversight of the People transformation portfolio, drives enterprise-wide change management and communications, and ensures the effective coordination and execution of cross-functional programmes aligned with the Group People COEs and business priorities.
The position serves as the central point for portfolio governance, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across the Group People function, enabling the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and organisational change.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Centres of Excellence Enablement and Integration
Partner with the leaders of the Group People COEs to support the successful delivery of strategic priorities and initiatives.
Provide PMO and enterprise delivery, governance, change management, communications, and execution support to People Centres of Excellence.
Ensure alignment and integration of initiatives across Centres of Excellence to create a cohesive employee experience and maximise organisational impact.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, resources, timelines, and stakeholder engagement across People programmes.
Support the development of business cases, implementation plans, governance structures, and benefits realisation frameworks for key People initiatives.
Facilitate executive-level reporting and visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes across the People portfolio.
Drive consistency in project delivery, change management, communications, and measurement practices across all Centres of Excellence.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and enhance the effectiveness of People programmes and services.
PMO and Enterprise Delivery Governance and Portfolio Management
Establish and lead the People PMO and enterprise delivery, including governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and reporting processes.
Monitor project and programme performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Provide regular portfolio reporting and executive insights to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans across the People portfolio.
Strategic Programme Delivery & Adoption
Oversee the delivery of key People transformation, organisational effectiveness, workforce, talent, culture, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure programmes are delivered consistently, effectively, and in accordance with agreed governance standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful implementation and business outcomes.
Drive accountability for delivery milestones and benefits realisation across the People function.
Develop and implement frameworks that support the successful execution and embedding of strategic People and business initiatives.
Assess organisational impacts and ensure appropriate engagement, communication, and readiness activities are incorporated into programme delivery.
Foster awareness, understanding, and sustained adoption of new processes, practices, and ways of working.
Monitor programme outcomes, adoption measures, and organisational readiness to maximise the value and effectiveness of initiatives.
Internal Communications
Lead the development and execution of PMO and enterprise delivery People-related communication strategies aligned with business and organisational priorities.
In partnership with Group Communications, ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication of strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and key People messages.
Cross-Functional Programme Coordination
Coordinate and integrate People initiatives across Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Shared Services, and business stakeholders.
Ensure consistency, alignment, and effective governance across multiple programmes and projects.
Facilitate collaboration across functions to reduce duplication and maximise organisational impact.
Value Realisation and Continuous Improvement
Establish frameworks to measure programme effectiveness, value realisation, and return on investment.
Monitor delivery performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions where required.
Leverage data, insights, and best practices to enhance project delivery and organisational outcomes.

Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Project Management, or related discipline.
Advanced qualification or certification in Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management, or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, PMOs, or strategic initiatives.
Experience within Human Resources, organisational transformation, or enterprise change environments preferred.
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project portfolio management, governance, change management, communications, and organisational effectiveness.
