• Able to function independently and also provide active guidance and direction to a global team of junior staff (Associates and Analysts) as required to ensure the following responsibilities are well handled:
  • Conduct due diligence on and underwrite potential managers and mandates
  • Prepare marketing materials, valuation models / financial analyses and transaction documents
  • Address investor due diligence questions
  • Liaise and coordinate with third party consultants and advisors
  • Coordinate the overall fundraising process and timeline globally, including client and distribution banker management, roadshow management, etc.

• Distribution Support
  • Support distribution bankers as a subject matter expert on Europe real estate product
  • Attend investor meetings and roadshows as required

Qualifications:

PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Vice President-level equivalent with 9+ years’ experience in real estate within a private equity fund, institutional investor, investment consultant and / or investment bank.
• Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration from a leading university
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time
• Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are beneficial.
