System Requirement and Project Management
Support and advise businesses on product launches, campaigns, and services
Overall lead to consolidate and review requirements
Review impact analysis and prioritize CR and defects with BTS and users.
Review and sign off functional specification
Lead and manage implementation planning and signing for systems under their responsibility
Work with users about training plans, deployment & implementation plan, and communication with customers
Track and update stakeholder for projects status. CRs or system enhancement which is related to systems under their responsibilities
Parameter Setup and Release Management
Manage and control parameter maintenance to ensure that user parameters under their responsibility are maintained and updated under appropriate control and approval
Coordinate with UOBS and third parties such as VISA, Master cards for all system changes and improvements / releases deployment / compliance of third parties
Supervise on file upload related to parameter maintenance
Production / Incident Management
Investigate and resolve problems, suggestions and system complaints under their responsibility within the SLA
Coordinate with stakeholder users to ensure that the status of problems is updated for management
Check and maintain security profiles and allow user access matrix changes.
Coordinate with IDM / TOGA for system access settings
People management and Others
Manage staff and resources including hiring, coaching, training/development and mentoring
Other jobs per assignment
Qualification;
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, and Computer Engineering
7+ years’ experience in the IT industry and 5 years in Project Management and experience in Banking or Finance applications is preferable
Knowledge of Loyalty & Rewards system from Banking and Investment system will be advantageous
Management skill: Project Management, Resource Availability Management, Human Resource Management.
Excellent troubleshooting and solutions abilities
Strong analytical skill
Good interpersonal skill
Good command in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
Able to work at UOB Sathon ((BTS Saint Louis) or UOB Phetkasem (MRT Phasicharoen)
Special consideration will be given to candidates who have programming skills or can leverage AI to develop and improve work processes.
