VP Operations Manager 2nd shift (3pm -3am)
We expect Operation Managers to be committed to a high standard of safety, to comply with all safety policies/rules, and willing to effectively enforce those rules. Required to employ an "out front" approach to management.
We're looking for candidates with at least 3 years or more recent operations managers' experience. Working in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust and noisy conditions. Ability to constantly use bending, twisting, and walking motions on uneven surfaces throughout the entire work shift. Ability to lift objects or move objects horizontally. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and or up to 10 pounds of force constantly.

Reliable transportation is required, and local candidates within North Houston - 45 minutes of the site are preferred.
