VP Operation Development

Reporting to the C Level. You will champion our corporate culture, lead a diverse team, and collaborate with department heads.

What You Will Need:

• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles focusing on strategic operations development and management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
