The Mission:

We are seeking a visionary VP of Technology to orchestrate an entire digital ecosystem. This role is the bridge between clinical excellence and technological innovation, overseeing everything from our patient-centric interfaces to the backbone of our medical facilities. The Role:

  • Strategic Vision: Architect and pivot the global technological roadmap to fuel the international scaling and business objectives.

  • AI & Innovation: Spearhead the conception and rollout of artificial intelligence frameworks to optimize every facet of the organization.

  • Organizational Leadership: Mentor and expand an elite, cross-functional tech department (Engineering, Infrastructure, and Platforms).

  • Structural Oversight: Design a unified technical architecture that harmonizes patient apps with the internal clinical engines.

  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Direct the evolution of our proprietary platforms, including patient journey mapping, CRM integration, and scheduling logic.

  • Operational Synergy: Bridge the gap between medical workflows and digital tools to ensure a frictionless experience for both staff and patients.

  • Data Intelligence: Construct a world-class data environment that transforms raw information into real-time strategic advantages.

  • Scaling & Efficiency: Implement high-level automation to remove operational bottlenecks and accelerate growth.

  • Resilience & Security: Guarantee the integrity, safety, and scalability of our systems across all global territories.

  • Infrastructure Excellence: Govern cloud strategy, DevOps maturity, and overall system reliability (SRE).

  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and healthcare-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR), ensuring a bulletproof cybersecurity posture.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate as a peer with Clinical, Commercial, and Ops teams to transform business requirements into robust tech solutions.

  • Vendor Ecosystem: Manage key relationships with third-party providers and strategic tech partners.

What we are looking for:

  • Executive Tenure: A minimum of 10 years leading high-impact technology departments.

  • Platform Mastery: Demonstrated success in building and expanding complex, multi-layered digital environments.

  • Future-Tech Fluency: Deep technical roots in AI, sophisticated data modeling, and process automation.

  • Global Mindset: Experience managing technology in distributed, multi-national, and multi-site organizations.

  • Architectural Depth: Solid grasp of modern cloud-native infrastructures and scalable system design.

  • Talent Magnet: Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent.

  • Business Translation: The ability to speak both "code" and "commerce," aligning tech investments with ROI and patient outcomes.

  • Agility: Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and speed of high-growth environments.

  • Regulated Industry Savvy: Previous exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, or highly regulated sectors is a significant advantage.

  • Native/Bilingual Spanish speaker and professional English level.

  • Availability to attend the office five days a week (with full flexibility).
