Exciting Opportunity: Vice President, Property Management

Candidate Location Preference: Considering candidates in Colorado and Texas markets

CORY is partnering with a fully integrated, high-performing residential real estate company to hire a Vice President of Property Management (multifamily) — an exceptional leader ready to build, grow, and operationalize a best-in-class management platform. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven, values-aligned professional to lead the next phase of growth and excellence in residential operations.

About Our Client:

Our client is an innovative, vertically integrated developer and operator specializing in multifamily residential communities nationwide. With a strong foundation in design, construction, and asset management.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

  • Lead and build a fully integrated residential property management platform across a growing national portfolio of assets — from lease-up to stabilization and beyond.

  • Drive operational performance by partnering closely with Asset Management and Construction teams to ensure new developments are set up for success from day one.

  • Develop and mentor a team of Directors and Regional Managers to achieve operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial performance goals.

  • Implement scalable systems and processes that align with company growth objectives and prepare for potential third-party management opportunities.

  • Oversee marketing, leasing, and performance strategies, ensuring strong collaboration between on-site and corporate teams.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high achievement, championing the company’s mission and values across all levels of the organization.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential or multifamily property management, with demonstrated success in both lease-up and stabilized operations.

  • Proven experience building or scaling a management platform or leading significant operational transformation within a residential organization.

  • Strong operational and financial acumen — experienced in budgeting, performance reporting, and operational optimization.

  • Deep understanding of asset management alignment, operational excellence, and resident experience metrics.

  • Hands-on leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and is motivated by growth and innovation.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:

  • Base Compensation: $190K – $225K, commensurate with experience + additional incentives
