Vice President of Preconstruction

A highly reputable Residential High Rise Developer in Toronto is looking for a leader to direct the Preconstruction within their self performing Construction division and to oversee projects from PRE-CONSTRUCTION to implementation. If you have experience in preconstruction project management leadership, Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Cost consulting of complex projects and have a passion to develop and mentor a robust team, then read on;

Reporting to the President, the VP of Preconstruction  is an active self-starter who expresses a sense of urgency and pride in their work.  This role is responsible for managing all phases of both the planning and execution of preconstruction services.  Your team is accountable for providing thorough, accurate, and competitive estimates to facilitate construction design decisions.

If you have a high ability to communicate well with subcontractors and clients and are self motivated with a high technical awareness of complex construction projects, can oversee a team that cost estimate accurate information from construction designs and manage pre construction schedules fully then apply now. This role would suit someone that likes to both direct others and "roll up their sleeves" when required.
