Job Description

Health Information Partners® (HIP) is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Vice President of Physician Services to lead and scale our Professional Fee division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth across physician coding, auditing, education, and compliance services.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor Physician Services teams
  • Oversee coding, auditing, and compliance engagements
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and strong client relationships
  • Drive operational performance and scalable growth
  • Participate in business development and client expansion
What You Bring
  • 5+ years leadership in Physician/Professional Fee services
  • Strong background in coding, auditing, and compliance
  • CPC, CCS-P, and/or CPMA required
  • Proven ability to lead teams and grow service lines
  • Highly responsive, solutions-driven, and client-focused

  7. Have you been responsible for ensuring coding quality standards (e.g., ≥95% accuracy) and addressing underperformance?
  8. Have you played a direct role in business development (e.g., client presentations, proposals, expanding services within accounts)?
  9. Briefly describe a time you helped grow a service line or expand business within an existing client.
  10. This is a hands-on leadership role with high expectations for responsiveness and accountability. Are you comfortable contributing to both leadership and project work as needed?
