Requirements and Description

Position: VP of Canada

Location:Canada

Reports to:SVP, West

The VP ofCanada is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction of aviation services operations across Canada. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on operational oversight to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery in a highly regulatedaviationenvironment.

This role will lead multiple airport operations, develop high-performingteams, strengthen airline andairportauthority partnerships, and drive continuous improvementinitiativesthat support company growth, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture.

This position requires a proven leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, build strong relationships with customers and regulators, and foster a culture aligned with company values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational leadership

  • Champion a strong safety-first culture across all locations

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards and company policies

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for aviation services operations across Canada

  • Ensure safe, secure, and efficient service delivery in compliance with regulatory and company standards

  • Drive operational excellence through performance management, process improvement, and workforce optimization

  • Monitoroperational KPIs and implement correctiveactionsto achieve service and financial targets

  • Lead emergency response and IROPs management as required

Financial and Business Performance

  • Own full P&L responsibility for Canada operations

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost -control strategies

  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and support business development initiatives

  • Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency

  • Monitor financial performance and implement actionsatoachieve profitability targets

Customer andStakeholderManagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service reliability

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customerconcernsand operational issues

  • Driveand support contract negotiations, service expansions, and new businessopportunities

People and Culture Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop a diverse workforce across multiple locations

  • Build a culture of accountability,engagementand teamwork

  • Ensure effective workforce planning, staffing, and succession planning

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performancemanagementinitiatives

  • Develop strong relationships with Unions as well as with strategic suppliers

Strategic Execution

  • Translate corporate strategy intoactionableoperational plans

  • Lead transformation and continuous improvementinitiatives

  • Identifyopportunitiesfor innovation and operationalefficiencies

  • Align regional operations with company elevation standards and organizational goals
