This role leads enterprise-wideperformance improvementprojectsthat enhance operational efficiency, quality, scalability, and profitabilityThis leader will develop and lead continuous improvementstrategiesacrossoperationalfunctionswhile also supportingimplementationof transformation projects,leveraginglean and change management, and data-driven methodologies to optimize processes and build a culture of operational discipline and accountability.

This role partners with operational leaders, HR, Finance, IT, and field teams to remove roadblocks, track progress, drive adoption, and improve performance, customer outcomes, efficiency, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy aligned with corporateobjectives

  • Lead enterprise continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, costreductionand service delivery.

  • Establish and standardize operational processes, KPIs, governanceframeworksand performance management systems.

  • Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and field leaders to drive alignment and accountability.

  • Identifyoperational bottlenecks and filtering/qualifying enterprise projectsto improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Lead change management, including communication, training, support, and follow-up.

  • Optimize/simplifyreporting, dashboards, and updates to show status, risks, and impact.

  • Make sure projects improve operational performance, customer experience, compliance, scalability, and financial results.

Skills Required

  • 12+ years of aviation experience with minimum5years ofleadingoperations.

  • Strongleadership,and project management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional work and keep teams moving.

  • Strong communicationand presentation skills

  • Ability to work with executives, corporate teams, and field operators.

  • Ability to turn strategy into clear execution.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to track progress and results.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving operations environment.
