Key Accountabilities主要职责：

• Accountable for mobile power solutions (Marine, Construction & Industrial, Mining, Rail and Oil & Gas) P&L and NWC for Greater China region
• Accountable for new product sales target, responsible for delivering sustainable growth, revenue and order intake within the Greater China region for mobile power solutions
• Accountable for all customer-related aspects of the business
• Lead all mobile power solutions sales and sales engineering of new products and solutions into the Greater China market
• Develop new business opportunities in Greater China region domestic and Greater China export (i.e. Belt-and-Road) markets
• Support the Strategy & Marketing team to define and implement Greater China market strategy for:

• New products, service and application engineering/automation offerings
• Product positioning, competitive landscape, market pricing, product roadmap, and solutions offering
• Brand management, market promotion, tradeshow and seminar planning
• Develop and implement Greater China region distribution network strategy for optimal market coverage across all mobile power solutions applications

• Working closely with other departments (such as order management, service, technology, etc) to provide the end-to-end solution to our customers
• Responsible for ensuring full compliance with Rolls-Royce Solutions Code of Conduct and local laws in all activities conducted by mobile power solutions team
• Compliance with legal and corporate commitments, meet or exceed customer expectations
• Ensure Greater China region is represented in the best possible light; law abiding, fully compliant, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible
• Take leadership and commitment with respect to the customer focus

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

• Bachelor or above graduate in Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications
• At least 15 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development and/or Marketing in Industrial MNC. Have minimum 10 years in leading multi-function teams
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Good at office softwares
• Demonstrated track record of success in steering a P&L and driving sales and business development
• Strong leadership qualities, excellent people management skills
• Strong strategic thinking qualities
• Strong creative thinking ability
• Strong teamwork mentality
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across a matrix organization
• Strong learning attitude
• Solid track record of delivering sustainable growth
• Highest ethical standard
• Flexibility to travel (50%)
