Job Description

The Vice President of Growth, LATAM, will be pivotal in driving our market expansion, preparing strategies for scaling Brazil and Mexican markets. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence our regional performance and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new client acquisitions within our Adlook Outcomes offering.- Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service delivery.
  • Drive customer retention and ensure continuous collaboration.
  • Increment ad spend for individual clients.
  • Manage negotiations and signings of Joint Business Plans with advertisers.
  • Secure and execute trading deals with agency partners.
  • Oversee the sales team, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan for the market.

Strategic Goals:

  • Significantly increase the number of brands collaborating with Adlook.
  • Maintain a low client churn and a high satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).
  • Amplify overall market revenue.
