Commercial Finance

  • Own category level P&Ls across PetSafe, Invisible Fence, SportDOG, and Kurgo
  • Model gross-to-net revenue including trade spend, promotional investment, and channel mix (e-commerce, DTC, brick & mortar)

PE Reporting & M&A

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly Board packages for CD&R including EBITDA bridge, KPI dashboards, and covenant reporting
  • Support M&A diligence, integration planning, and synergy tracking for bolt-on acquisitions
  • Assist with refinancing or exit preparation processes as required

Cost, OpEx & Working Capital

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to forecast COGS, freight, FX, and input cost exposure
  • Consolidate and challenge OpEx across Marketing (advertising & promotions), Sales, R&D, and G&A globally

  • Advanced financial modeling; strong ERP and planning system proficiency
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA
  • Multi-currency / international P&L experience
  • E-commerce and DTC channel economics (Amazon P&L, contribution margin)
