Tasks

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth in the satellite telecommunications industry.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis, to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage investor relations and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including board members and potential investors.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing finance teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong financial modelling skills .
