What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and mentoring engineering and technical services teams

  • Supporting the design, execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical power systems

  • Partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges

  • Helping strengthen engineering processes, operational scalability, and execution consistency

  • Driving collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, field services, and project teams

  • Supporting strategic growth initiatives and customer solution development

  • Helping build a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in electrical power systems, switchgear, or critical power infrastructure

  • Experience leading engineering or technical teams in customer-focused environments

  • Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field support

  • Ability to balance technical expertise with leadership and operational execution

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred
