A leading ed-tech company is looking for an experienced VP of Content to drive innovation, quality, and engagement in educational content. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring that our content remains cutting-edge, relevant, and aligned with global learning standards.
As we expand into new markets, we need a visionary leader who understands both the strategic and operational aspects of content development. From concept to execution, youβll oversee content production, drive localization efforts, and ensure our learning experiences resonate with diverse audiences.
π Content Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, market demands, and the evolving needs of learners.
π Content Production & Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of high-quality educational content, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to international standards.
π Innovation & Market Expansion: Lead content localization and adaptation for key markets, including KSA and Iraq, ensuring relevance and engagement for diverse learners.
π Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Learning Development teams to ensure content aligns with product launches and customer expectations.
π Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of senior content professionals.
πΉ 15+ years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in ed-tech.
πΉ Proven ability to lead and scale multi-regional content development teams
πΉ Strong expertise in instructional design, digital learning, and curriculum development
πΉ A deep understanding of content quality assurance, localization, and adaptation strategies
πΉ Experience in integrating AI and data-driven insights into content strategy is a plus.
