Remote


Fast growing and dynamic 12B+ Fee-based RIA a VP of Business Development to work directly with the Managing Director supporting firmwide growth initiatives including M&A, advisor recruiting, and strategic projects.

Highlights

  • High-visibility, high impact role partnering directly with the Managing Director and other leadership
  • Involvement in all aspects of M&A, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions
  • Play a key role in advisor recruiting and talent initiatives
  • Contribute across operations, policy development, and special projects
  • Entrepreneurial environment with broad responsibility and compensation tied to production
  • Range of Pay: $200,000+ package

Requirements

  • Experience within an RIA or adjacent platform
  • Strong Excel capabilities
