University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to provide strategic, operational, and professional leadership for APP practice across UMP. This role is accountable for advancing high-quality, consistent APP practice; optimizing APP deployment and care models; and strengthening engagement, development, and retention across the APP workforce.
Positioned at the vice president level, this role operates within UMP with clear accountability for APP practice oversight while partnering closely with physicians, operational, and system stakeholders. The VP serves as the primary leader for APP practice within UMP and is a key contributor to broader system alignment efforts.

The full-time salary range is $202,000 - $313,000 commensurate with practice experience and may also include incentive compensation or additional specialty-specific compensation components.
