As the VP Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand and marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement. From consumer insights and brand positioning to media planning and storytelling, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the brand’s vision with the company’s long-term goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical expertise to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive quarterly marketing strategy and calendar focused on brand, products, and categories.
    • Oversee brand management by crafting compelling narratives and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  2. Omni-Channel Strategy:
    • Drive a seamless omni-channel marketing approach that integrates digital, mobile, and physical retail experiences.
    • Ensure a cohesive brand and customer journey across every touchpoint.
  3. Campaign & Performance Optimization:
    • Plan, implement, and track marketing campaigns; analyze pre- and post-campaign metrics to assess effectiveness.
    • Optimize the marketing mix and media channels to maximize ROI and drive top-line growth.
  4. Innovation & Digital Transformation:
    • Stay ahead of industry trends by incorporating new technologies and innovative marketing techniques.
    • Leverage data-driven insights and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and overall experience.
  5. Customer Experience & Growth:
    • Develop initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty, boost repeat purchases, and improve key metrics such as same-store sales growth and NPS.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and regional expansion through targeted strategies and partnerships.
  6. Budget & Resource Management:
    • Efficiently manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource use aligned with strategic objectives.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams—including the VP of Sales—to align marketing and sales strategies.
    • Work with the CEO and executive leadership to set and achieve sales targets, optimize product mix, and improve overall performance.
  8. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Act as the advocate for customer interests by incorporating feedback into future marketing strategies.



Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

    • Proven experience in building, scaling, and leading marketing functions in a high-growth, omni-channel environment.
    • Demonstrable expertise in developing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
    • Strong analytical, digital, and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of the customer journey.
    • Ability to demonstrate clear evidence and share success stories that show alignment of the North Star metric for both the marketing team and the entire organization.
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing sizable budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
    • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media strategy and execution.

General Traits/Qualifications

- 10 to 20 years of experience in Marketing preferably from consumer industry, brand creation.

-Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
