Vice President of Marketing- Prestige Hair Care Brand

Location: Remote (Southern California Preferred)

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Vice President of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth for a rapidly expanding premium Hair Care brand entering a transformational stage of omnichannel retail expansion.

This executive leader will oversee the company’s marketing organization while remaining deeply involved in strategy, creative direction, campaign development, performance optimization, and brand storytelling.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead integrated omnichannel marketing strategy across retail, DTC, social, PR and influencer channels.
  • Guide agency and internal teams to execute high-performing campaigns.
  • Build alignment across marketing, communications, ecommerce, sales and executive leadership teams.

Skills Required

  • Prestige beauty or adjacent premium consumer brand experience such as fashion
  • Strong omnichannel marketing expertise.
  • Strategic and hands-on leadership style.

Our client is a founder-led premium beauty brand with over two decades of heritage and a loyal professional following. The company is currently experiencing one of the most significant growth periods in its history, including expansion into major DTC retail channels and continued omnichannel acceleration.

The role is fully remote with preference for Southern California proximity and occasional travel requirements.
