About this Role

We are seeking an experienced finance services and service governance professional to lead the VOIS Finance Services market-interface model across supported markets. This role is central to embedding the post-NOVA operating model, leading the In-Market VOIS Lead network and ensuring effective governance, stakeholder communication, issue visibility, escalation management and cross-service coordination across Finance Services.

Operating within the Record to Report organisation, the role connects Service Lines, HOFOs, MFCs, Chief Accountants, FP&A teams, transformation leaders and market stakeholders to ensure market priorities are clearly understood, routed to the right accountable owners and progressed through disciplined governance. The individual will play a key role in improving service confidence, reducing ambiguity across teams and supporting reliable Finance Services delivery in a complex, multi-market environment.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coordinate and govern the In-Market VOIS Lead network across supported markets, ensuring consistent ways of working, governance standards and escalation discipline.
  • Establish and manage the operating rhythm for market reviews, governance forums, issue management, stakeholder feedback and action tracking.
  • Support onboarding and capability development of In-Market VOIS Leads through practical guidance, templates, issue logs, service-review formats and readiness frameworks.
  • Build and maintain the Finance Services market governance framework, including issue tracking, escalation routes, stakeholder communication and follow-up processes.
  • Ensure market service issues are visible, prioritised, actioned and escalated appropriately when progress is blocked.
  • Prepare consolidated governance updates for Finance Services leadership, highlighting risks, trends, decisions required and unresolved issues.
  • Coordinate market-facing delivery issues that span multiple Finance Services Service Lines including Record to Report, Source to Pay, Credit to Collect, CBC and Finance COE.
  • Maintain visibility of recurring challenges, service dependencies, cross-functional blockers and ageing escalations.
  • Drive ownership clarity and effective follow-through while maintaining accountability within the relevant functional teams.
  • Support the successful embedding of the post-NOVA operating model by improving hand-offs, reducing duplication and strengthening governance.
  • Identify and address recurring operating model gaps, unclear accountabilities and market friction points through appropriate governance channels.
  • Coordinate communication of service status, risks, dependencies and action plans across stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Experienced in finance operations, shared services, service management, transformation, market operations or multi-market delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Finance Services operations and shared services governance models.
  • Practical knowledge of Record to Report, Source to Pay, Credit to Collect, CBC, Finance COE and associated finance processes.
  • Skilled at identifying cross-process dependencies, service risks and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence within complex matrix organisations across multiple functions and markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior stakeholder groups.
  • Able to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments while maintaining focus on service continuity and business outcomes.
  • Strong judgement in prioritisation, escalation management and issue resolution.
  • Experienced in creating governance frameworks, service-review structures, action trackers and communication approaches.
  • Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving, coordination and follow-through skills.
  • Educated in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations or Service Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional accounting qualification is desirable but not essential.
