The VP,Integrated Investmentis an expert in digital marketing andbuying across all digital channels and is a thought leader on emerging practices.   They should be highly visibleand a representation (both internally and externally) of the best HMI has to offer,providingagencyPOVsand providing clients with thought leadership onthe latest, most relevant topicsThe VP’s core responsibility is to ensure excellent relationships aremaintainedbetween clients, internal agency contacts, and external agency partnersThey also lead departmental projectsandrepresent the agency at industry events, providing learningsand actionabletakeaways back tothe agencyIn this role, you mustmaintainbalanced work structures and staff resources while building a high-performing team.The VPisexpected to lean-in to new businessandparticipatein RFI submissions and pitch work.

AccountManagement- 60%

  • Maintain a positive and efficient relationship with clients, internal agency contacts, and external agency partners

  • A thorough understanding of theintegratedmedia landscape;linear,video, audio, social, SEM, SEO, mobile, programmatic, connected TV, gaming, augmented reality, Affiliate, Influencer, and Analytics

  • Management of multiple accounts/ teams.  Strong skills as a manager with the ability to mentor, coach, and support.  Encourage an environment of collaboration and entrepreneurship

  • Guide clients and internal teams in education of evolving concepts andintegratedexecutions within the industry, acting as trusted and sought out resource for clients and agency team members

  • Lead Performance Coach process byidentifyingoverall team goals and ensuring individual team goals cascade.  Optimizeresource management

  • Track and ensure ALL client savings goals are achieved

Department Responsibilities- 25%

  • Advocate for HMI initiatives/ resourcesi.e.Analytics team, HX, Where/Why teams, etc.

  • Lead departmental projects,which include but are not limitedtoagency deals, POVs, process creation, etc.

  • Support fellow HMI digital leadership by sharingknowledgei.e.case studies, process, etc.

  • Participation/ attendance at industry conferences, speaking events, and committees

  • Lead submission for awards

New Business- 15%

  • Actively involved in written RFI responses and case studies

  • Lead/participatein new business pitches

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding digital media account projects, acting as a client contact

  • Clear understanding of building brands and driving acquisition, and how they connect

  • Extensive experience leadingdirect client interactionand relationships

  • Previousexperience working in a cross-functionalcapacity, liaising with Account Management leadership

  • Experienced buyer oflinear television and CTV

  • Well-versed in today’s privacy landscape, includingthe use of established and emergingcookielesssolutions to reach consumers

  • Knowledgeable inDMPCDPs; experience working withagency data platforms

  • Expert in negotiating and constructing digital media plans, with understanding of planning,buyingand activation

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and “sell through” ideas

  • Strong experience and principles navigating cross-department relationships

  • Leadership and supervisory experience in terms of developing media professionals, including strategic and people managementskills

Salary Range

$165,000.00 - $220,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
