This role will oversee our delivery operations and report directly to the Chief Customer Officer. Initially, the VP will serve in a hands-on capacity, fulfilling both Principal and Solution Architect responsibilities while the foundational team is built. Following this phase, the role will focus on rapidly scaling a high-performing delivery team in Argentina, supporting all Microsoft Frontier Solutions, including Dynamics 365 Business Applications (Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management), Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Purview, Data), and Azure AI Foundry. As the organization grows, responsibilities will evolve into full practice leadership, encompassing team and people management, intellectual property (IP) development, recruiting, and broader delivery leadership functions.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Frontier workloads and solutions, including Dynamics 365 (CE, F&SCM), Power Platform, Azure services, and Copilot technologies.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading Microsoft solution delivery teams, with a focus on enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams rapidly while maintaining delivery quality.
  • Strong team leadership and performance management capabilities.
  • Experience managing financial targets, delivery performance, and resource utilization.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom applications using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Provide end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements
  • Integrate D365 CE with external systems via APIs, and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML and JavaScript
  • Strong proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages

Required Skills?

  • 8 - 12 years’ experience delivering Microsoft Frontier solutions ?
  • Experience deploying complex, enterprise programs with multiple workstreams
  • Experience managing, growing fast growing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Cloud Environment like Azure, AWS services and DevOps Platform
  • Experience in SAFe or Agile project methodologies?
  • Dynamics 365 Certification or Certification in Power Platform?
