Our client is a leading foreign bank. They are looking for a Team Head for their IT Operations and Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team. Responsible for managing IT operations and system planning
• Develop IT policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review bank’s overall infrastructure and applications
• Review the infrastructure related changes and assess operation risks
• Participate in IT projects, leading resources planning and IT project implementation
• Work with end-user and vendor to work out a solution to enhance business / operations performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in banking and financial industry
• Strong IT infrastructure and operations background
• Solid IT infrastructure experience in database, servers, storage, network, etc.
• Sound banking operation knowledge
• CISA Certification and PMP qualification would be an advantage
