Brink’s isseekinga seasoned, strategic Vice President, Investor Relationsto lead our global investor relationsand sustainabilityfunctionsand serve as a key advisor to the executive team. This role is critical to shaping how Brink’s is understood by the investor community—articulating our strategy, performance,andlong‑term value creation story with clarity and credibility.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP of Investor Relations will act as the primary interface between Brink’s leadership and the global investment community, including institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies. The successful candidate will bring deep capital marketsexpertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial and operational narratives into a compelling, consistent equity story.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Strategy & Market Engagement
Own and execute Brink’s global investor relations strategy, aligning external messaging with enterprise strategy, financial performance, and long‑term growth priorities.
Serve as the primary spokesperson to investors and equity research analysts; build andmaintaintrusted relationships across the sell‑side and buy‑side.
Lead investor outreach, including earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, non‑deal roadshows, and site visits.
Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, and peer performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team.
Executive Partnership & Strategic Advisory
Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CEO on investorperception, capitalmarketspositioning, and shareholder communications.
Partner closely with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Communications to ensure consistency and accuracy of external disclosures and messaging.
Support capital allocation activities, including M&A, divestitures, share repurchases, and debt strategy, through clear and credible investor communications.
Financial Communications & Disclosure
Lead the planning and execution of quarterly earnings releases, scripts, presentations, and Q&A preparation.
Oversee development of investor materials including investor presentations, fact books, IR website content,capital market daysand ESGrelated disclosures.
Lead Brink’s global ESG strategy and reporting, partnering with internal stakeholders to align sustainability priorities with business strategy, oversee ESG disclosures and ratings (e.g., sustainability reports, investor ESG inquiries, frameworks), and clearly articulate Brink’s ESG narrative to investors and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, Reg FD, and other disclosure requirements in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
Prepare senior leadership for investor and analyst interactions through targeted briefing materials and coaching.
Team Leadership & Function Excellence
Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing investor relations team.
Establish best‑in‑class IR processes, analytics, and benchmarking to continually elevate the function’s effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFAstronglypreferred.
12+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, or a combination thereof.
Prior experience leading Investor Relations for a publicly traded, global company; industrials,logistics, or business‑to‑business services experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation frameworks, financial modeling, and SEC disclosure requirements.
Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives with confidence and credibility.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial and operational information into clear, compelling messages.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect enterprise strategy to long‑term shareholder value creation.
