You willoperateat the enterprise level — setting strategy, building ahigh‑impactSupply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), and partnering with senior leaders across operations, commercial, and technology — to deliver step‑changeimprovements in customer experience, working capital, resilience, and performance

Your Impact

Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy & AI Transformation

• Define and lead DuPont’s enterprise integrated supply chain strategy, tightly aligned to growth, commercial excellence, and operational excellence ambitions.

• Design and deploy a modern,end‑to‑endsupply chain operating model— clarifying decision rights, governance, accountability, and performance expectations across all Lines of Business.

• Lead the development and execution of a bold AI and digital roadmap, transforming supply chaindecision‑makingthrough advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automation.

• Serve as a thought partner to senior operations and business leaders, shaping how the enterprise uses data and technology to compete and win, strengthening planning accuracy and execution

World‑ClassSupply Chain Performance

• Drive measurable,enterprise‑wideimprovement in critical metrics including On TimeInFull (OTIF), inventory days, planning accuracy,cost‑to‑serve,logisticsefficiency, and customer service

• Use advanced analytics to uncover root causes, prioritize thehighest‑valueopportunities, and accelerate results at scale.

• Strengthenworking capital and resilience through improvedend‑to‑endvisibility, disciplined execution, and smarter planning decisions.

Build and Lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence

• Build a high‑impactSupply Chain COEthat serves as the enterprise engine for standards, best practices, performance management, and capability building.

• Establish common playbooks, tools, and governance across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer service,logistics, andend‑to‑endexecution — while enabling flexibility where business models require it.

• Create powerful mechanisms to benchmark performance, share innovation, and continuously raise supply chain maturityacross the company.

• Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning diverse teams behind a shared operating vision.

Talent, Culture & Capability Building

• Develop a next‑generationsupply chain leadership bench, building deep capability in digital, analytics, process discipline, and enterprise thinking.

• Foster communities of practice and modern ways ofworking thataccelerate learning, collaboration, and innovation.

• Mentor, coach,and inspire senior supply chain leaders, creating a culture that valuesdata‑drivendecisions, continuous improvement, and enterprise impact.

What You Bring

• ABachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degreestronglypreferred.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experienceleading integrated supply chain ,logistics, customer service,andotheroperationsrelated fieldsin complex,global,industrialor manufacturing environments.

• A proventrack recordof enterprise‑scaletransformation, delivering sustained improvements in service, cost, inventory, andend‑to‑endperformance.

• Deep experience designing and deploying end‑to‑endsupply chain operating modelsinmulti‑business, matrixed organizations.

• Demonstrated success leading through a Center of Excellence model, influencing outcomes through governance, partnership, and credibility.

• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect supply chain decisions to growth, margin, customer experience, and resilience.

• Hands‑onleadership experience with AI, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain modernization, translating technology into measurable business value.

• Working knowledge of IBP/S&OP, ERP platforms, planning tools, network design, and digital supply chain ecosystems.
