The Team

The Global E2E Planning and Inventory Management team plays a key role in shaping PVH’s global inventory management and demand-led planning capabilities. This team works across brands (e.g., Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger), regions, and channels to drive consistency, excellence, and transformation in how inventory and demand are forecasted, optimized, and allocated. The team partners closely with demand planning teams, merchandising, Finance, sales, and supply chain to ensure aligned, data-driven seasonal forecasts that enable smarter buying, inventory planning, and commercial execution.

The Position
The Vice President Integrated Business Planning & Planning analytics will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an integrated global Sales & Operations Planning process across the organization. This role is responsible for establishing the operating model, governance, routines, metrics, and cross-functional alignment required to drive better demand-supply balancing, inventory optimization, commercial alignment, and financial predictability.

In parallel, the role will own the Planning Analytics capability, ensuring data-driven decision making across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, merchandise financial planning, and operational performance management.

This leader will act as a strategic connector between Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning teams, creating one integrated decision-making framework that improves forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, service levels, and overall business agility.

The role requires a strong transformation mindset, operational credibility, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to build scalable global processes within a complex international fashion and consumer business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish & Lead the Global S&OP Process

  • Design and implement a best-in-class end-to-end S&OP framework across regions, channels, and business units

  • Define and institutionalize the S&OP governance model, decision rights, meeting cadence, KPI structure, and escalation processes

  • Lead the maturity journey from fragmented planning activities toward an integrated and financially aligned S&OP process

  • Lead the planning governance once in place

  • Establish standardized monthly and quarterly planning cycles connecting:

    • Demand Planning

    • Supply Planning

    • Inventory Planning

    • Commercial Planning

    • Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)

    • Financial Planning

  • Drive executive alignment on key business trade-offs, risks, opportunities, and operational constraints, to support the optimization of inventory to demand and drive better inventory, less markdown

  • Facilitate Executive S&OP reviews with senior leadership teams

  • Ensure alignment between strategic plans, operational plans, and financial targets

Drive Planning Performance & Inventory Outcomes

  • Improve inventory productivity, service levels, and responsiveness across the business

  • Establish KPI frameworks and performance management routines across planning functions

  • Lead scenario planning and business simulations to support decision making

  • Drive improvements in:

    • Inventory-to-Sales Ratio (ISR)

    • Availability / Fill Rate

    • Aged Inventory

    • Demand Forecast Accuracy

    • Capacity and supply balancing

  • Partner with regional and global planning leaders to standardize best practices and improve execution discipline

Own Planning Analytics Capability

  • Lead the Planning Analytics function as the center of excellence for planning insights, reporting, and decision support

  • Build advanced analytics capabilities supporting:

    • Demand forecasting

    • Inventory optimization

    • Allocation effectiveness

    • Commercial performance insights

    • Supply risk visibility

    • Scenario modelling

  • Establish a scalable planning data and KPI architecture

  • Partner closely with Data & Technology teams to improve planning tools, data quality, automation, and visibility

  • Translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders

  • Develop executive dashboards and standardized business performance reporting

Lead Organizational & Process Transformation

  • Build and develop a high-performing S&OP and analytics organization

  • Drive adoption of standardized processes, tools, and ways of working globally

  • Influence senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations

  • Create a culture of accountability, transparency, and fact-based decision making

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and change management programs

  • Identify capability gaps and establish talent development plans across planning teams

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 12–15+ years of leadership experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, or Integrated Business Planning

  • Proven experience implementing and scaling S&OP / IBP processes in a global organization

  • Strong background in planning analytics and KPI-driven performance management

  • Experience within fashion, retail, wholesale, consumer goods, or omni-channel environments preferred

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Demand Planning

    • Supply Planning

    • Inventory Optimization

    • Financial Planning integration

    • Forecasting methodologies

    • Planning systems and analytics platforms

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programs

  • Experience leading global and cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master degree preferred
